Our application collect and maintain personal information provided by students. parents and staff, including their names, addresses, mobile telephone numbers, email addresses, photo, parental details, academic details and fee details.

We do not collect payment information through our services. We rely on third parties to process payments in connection with our services. Any information you provide to facilitate such a payment is subject to the third-party payment processor privacy policy, and we encourage you to review this policy before you provide any information to the payment processor.

We use the information we collect to

• provide, operate and maintain our application and services
• process transactions using payment gateway and send confirmations as receipts
• communicate with you, either directly or through our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates

Sharing of information

• we never share any information with other users of our application
• we do not sell, distribute or rent your personal information to other parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances
• we share personal information which includes name, mobileno, email ids, user id with payment gateway and other service providers that need access to personal information in order to perform services for us
• we never use your data to advertise you

No refund will be granted once the payment is done

If a student makes fee payment twice by mistake, the amount either adjusted for next fee or refunded via the same source if submitted proper douments with proof to institute

Transaction fee & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction

You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes given by your institute
